We planned and facilitated a co-creative strategy process engaging over 1300 end-customers, 100+ external stakeholders and over 200 internal stakeholders.
The strategy work started with careful analysis of the industry, competitors and customer needs. Due to the high level of uncertainty, we utilised scenario modelling to identify future directions for the business area.
Based on the analysis, we identified three key strategic challenges that the strategy needed to tackle in order to maintain and develop our clients competitive position, now and in the future.
We facilitated co-creative process to come up with strategic options and concrete actions to both meet the future vision and tackle identified strategic challenges.
As the strategy was highly collaborative, we both co-created and validated the work during the process with different stakeholders and customers. As a result, there is a clear buy-in to start the strategy execution from day 1.
As a result, we co-created inspiring vision and mission, that steers the work of hundreds of creative professionals towards new, ambitious goals. Strategic choices help our client to focus their resources to the few things they must succeed in the upcoming years.
To avoid strategy execution gap, we developed a clear objectives, action plan and roadmap for the upcoming years.

The strategy plays in two horizons; vision and long term objectives help to focus on long-term development, but strategic actions allow responsiveness to sudden market changes due to underlying scenarios and strategic options.
